Showcasing our expertise at Future Offices event

MovePlan recently sponsored the Future Offices Summer conference between August 21-23, hosting a panel discussion on “The Challenges of Workplace Change.”
The annual event was held this year in San Francisco, with many industry experts attending from all over the world.
During the panel discussion, the MovePlan team discussed the challenges of workplace change they have encountered, how to create compelling change and strategies for conquering resistance.
Global COO Suki Reilly hosted the debate, which was co-presented with Lori Gabel, from MovePlan client Westfield Insurance, Angela Dettore and Lisa Dettore, from our North America team.
Hot topics discussed were organic learning, change fatigue and how to overcome resistance. The event and discussion received great feedback and the team made some excellent new connections!
