The MovePlan Ecosystem: creating connections for client success

Collaboration is something we steadfastly believe in. We are proud of the quality of the services we offer, but we’re also well aware that the success of our projects is down to working with the right people, together.

Over the past 30 years, we have built a strong network across our industry. This ecosystem allows us to work on projects with the relevant partners and, in turn, they include us in projects where our expertise is needed.

We are delighted to announce that we have opened our first hub in Cambridge. The new hub will support our team in delivering workplace solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical, technology and education sectors.

Back in early April, our US West team attended IFMA Facility Fusion. The event, located this year in San Francisco, was attended by facility management professionals from 46 US states, 20 countries and represents approximately 800 companies. With huge changes in the workplace, those working in facility management are facing an ever greater responsibility to help lead employees to higher levels of performance. IFMA, which supports more than 20,000 members in 135 countries, hosts the annual event to help prepare facility managers with the right tools and networks to adapt to rapid change.

As sustainability practices become more of a priority than ever before, and with greater awareness and prominence of ESG and required initiatives by employees and customers alike, corporations can’t afford to overlook any opportunity to innovate their workplaces and support a more conscious approach to business.

The evolving workplace was the topic of a roundtable event held by MovePlan’s Canadian Project Director, Michelle Brown. 

Those in attendance heard from our guest speaker, Brian Aman, a Senior Partner with Rogers Communications. He shared how we have an opportunity to evolve the workplace post-pandemic, including how and where work is done.
