After a successful relocation of approximately 450 people within the Medical Devices industry, MovePlan has secured a long term contract with the same client including churn moves, project administration, building decommissioning, vendor management and space planning services.
Following on from a major successful project in late 2009, MovePlan was approached for assistance with another relocation project that consisted of moving Laboratory equipment and offices into a new self-built location within the existing site. The project was completed in March 2011.
Building upon our work with this pharmaceutical client in the UK and the US, MovePlan has secured a full scale records management program in Philadelphia. Working with the architects, MovePlan will create a filing floor plan that will meet the needs of a changing environment.

MovePlan has helped connect a key client in London to Fairbridge (our chosen charity) and facilitated a large furniture donation to the charity. The company, relocating to a new HQ, wanted to ensure that disposals were dealt with ethically, so this route benefited both the client and the charity.
