MovePlan has been appointed to undertake a records management project for this subsidiary of the Irish Electricity Supply Board, further cementing our relationship with the Board and the value of a full filing review by MovePlan prior to formalising space strategies and furniture procurement.

Nestlé Waters North American, USA

MovePlan has recently completed the relocation of staff within Connecticut for Nestlé Waters, the ‘Health Hydration Company’.   The project involves the relocation of 525 employees, including personal belongings, IT equipment, furniture, filing and general office equipment.

National Trust for Scotland, Scotland

In early October MovePlan successfully completed the relocation of the National Trust for Scotland to their new HQ at Hermiston Quay, Edinburgh.  As well as moving staff, departmental filing and personal belongings, the project involved the complex relocation of a large volume of files to the archives and photographic stores.

MovePlan has been awarded a space planning contract with JHP Pharmaceuticals as part of a restack project within their Rochester, Michigan campus.  MovePlan will be assisting the Project team with their overall strategic accommodation to create a space programme that will suit JHP’s business needs while remaining cost-efficient.

Due to recent structural changes with the Retail Division of this global financial services company, 900 staff are being relocated as part of a restack of one of the head office sites.  .  A further 900 staff will be relocated during a restack of another head office campus towards the end of the year.
