MovePlan are the experts in managing change

The MovePlan network includes construction project managers, architects, furniture suppliers, and movers among others, and together they allow us to provide comprehensive and quality service delivery. These dependable, high quality providers can be connected with any service to complement the project we are delivering. The ecosystem returns mutual benefit and provides added value to those we work alongside and collaborate with.
How do we do this? We spoke to two of our Directors, Suki Reilly and Vanessa Manipon, to find out.
Firstly, Suki Reilly believes the company’s proven track record of working alongside its industry peers provides service support that brings about the best outcome for clients: “By working with a variety of collaborators in the move and change management industry, we’re able to deliver world class workplace programmes for some of the world’s leading brands.”
Vanessa Manipon feels that it’s about building trust with partners and suppliers: “Our expectation is to deliver projects to the highest standard every time, without fail, so when we find industry professionals with the same level of delivery, we naturally build a trusted relationship. We can depend on them, and they can depend on us – every time”.
MovePlan prides itself on having teams of people that are good to work with, experts in their field, flexible and dependable and therefore provide the confidence that the team will deliver, every time. “We add value to our clients by working alongside complementary service providers within our ecosystem. We can set the strategy, or deliver the strategy, and pull in the right people to fulfil other roles,” explains Suki.

Recently, MovePlan worked with an architect firm on a change management project. The design of the building required experts to effectively implement it with employees and deliver leading design and workplace strategy. Suki: “We build relationships across the move and change management industry so that we can connect the right people to the right projects. This means that even in times of urgency, when projects need to be turned around at pace, our people are on hand to mobilise and deliver.”
The longevity of the relationships is testament to the strength of the MovePlan network. “We not only recommend partners for projects, but actively share insight and expertise through frequent knowledge sharing and networking. We are connectors, putting the right people together. It’s about being open to collaboration and wanting to share skills and knowledge that makes our network a vital one to be part of,” says Vanessa.

The MovePlan ecosystem isn’t a network based on exclusive relationships and we are always open to expanding the network with trusted partners.
